WIG offers both direct fee and contingency fee contracts for insureds. Some areas of expertise include specialty insurance coverages for Boards, HOAs, and commercial property, liability, automobile, and homeowners claims. WIG’s goal is to expedite negotiations for fair and reasonable claim settlement before litigation ensues, saving time and resources for the insured or their attorney. We have successful relationships with insurance carriers, company adjusters, and loss control, and we are an asset to any claimant and/or legal team.

We evaluate and work with your company’s owner or risk manager to identify potential exposures. We utilize risk management tools, including avoidance, elimination, reduction, or transference of potential hazards through insurance, self-insured retention, and other mechanisms. Compensation for these services is structured either on a straight fee or on a fee/contingency basis.
